This place was really cozy I was visiting Houston for a bit and I did used to live there I will say this spot is in the center of basically everything a tourist would want to do here. The building this place is located at has so many amenities as well I was surprised. I will say tho if you rent a car or have one there parking is a little iffy but nonetheless not hard to find some.

Nice apt, great gym and pool, good location. Bed can only be accessed on one side so I wouldnt recommend to elderly couples or if one has mobility issues. Set up as a nice student studio, in fact there are a lot of students in that building. Very quiet though, no issues, there is security on site who hangs in the underground parking lot.

A well-equipped studio apartment in a building in Montrose, Convenient to many Houston attractions.
